Advice for Road Runners: The ZoomX Streakfly in the Total Orange/Black/Bright Crimson/Volt colourway is the lightest shoe in Nike’s range of performance shoes. Designed for your fastest training sessions and with 5k and 10k races in mind, this shoe is all about delivering speed!

The non-plated full length ZoomX foam midsole offers fantastic protection and energy return but, with a lower stack height than other Nike models, the shoe remains incredibly light. The outsole is engineered with grippy rubber positioned in the key heel and forefoot areas, mirroring the common foot strike pattern of runners.

To keep weight to a minimum the knitted upper is ultra thin but provides support exactly where it’s needed. The partially integrated tongue secures the foot and is notched to help relieve pressure across the top of the foot.

The ZoomX Streakfly will provide fantastic feel and responsiveness during the fastest sessions and on race day! 

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
